Red Stick FutureFest

During my capstone class at LSU, my team was tasked with working with a Baton Rouge non-profit’s social media in the run-up to their annual festival. Focusing on creating a cohesive and consistent brand voice across all platforms, we worked closely with the festival lead and gave recommendations moving forward. In the months prior to the event, we created a new brand image, social media assets and various pieces of content which we promoted through a number of social media platforms. After the event, we analysed the performance of the content and created a plans book for our client which can be utilised moving forward for festivals to come.

LSU Athletics Social Media Project

Myself and three other classmates worked alongside LSU Athletics to give them insights on their social media performance and suggest improvements to be made. I worked with large data sets from analytical tools and used pivot tables and tools such as Gephi to transform data into a presentable format for the client. We focused on the emotion of LSU Football’s audience and how it could be possible to create a positive narrative throughout the year, including during losses and the off-season.
